How do parents select packages/order prints?

Before or during picture day, we will provide instructions for viewing your gallery.  You can distribute the information to your parents. They can either text the unique access code to 90738, click on the custom direct link to be provided, or download the Photoday App and enter the unique access code provided. 

Parents will be able to search for their child by name via tags, face find, or scrolling through the gallery. Tags are always set up by name, group, and if two or more children are photographed together there will be a special tag to identify that.

How do parents pick up prints?

Short answer. They don’t! Parents view, select, and order all through all online or via app using the unique access code provided. After order is received they will have to enter an address and the order will be delivered directly to them.

Do parents have to download an app?

No, in addition to downloading the app parents will be able to access via text message by texting their unique access code to 90738, or online via the direct link that will be provided.

How much time do I have to order photos?

We talk to the institution and take their advise into consideration when determining the amount of time you have to order a photo, and the expiration date we set on the online gallery. If you wish to order a photo from an expired gallery, we recommend reaching out directly to us to inquire about a purchase.

How do I download my photos today?

When I text my access code to 90738 I get a message saying “There doesn’t seem to be a gallery in our system with that access code”.

If you receive this message when texting your access code to the PhotoDay short code 90738, this could mean a few things, notably:

  • The photographer has not set up their gallery in PhotoDay just yet.
  • The photographer has not made your photos live yet.
  • You have entered an incorrect access code.
